The Maltings 1:250 scale proposed Historic Hotel development in the Southern Highlands of NSW Mittagong area. This amazing development was to utilise the abandoned malt houses on the site and turn it into a first class Hotel Complex on 6.5 Hectares bisected by the Nattai River, a resin river runs through the centre of the model and includes beautifully landscaped grounds for guests enjoyment.

This was one of those once in a lifetime models for me I always enjoyed the historic models more than any other, it was 2.5m long x 1.2 wide when completed to full presentation standard. When I was contacted by Bill Shipton a prominent Sydney developer to price this, I realised it was a model I just had to do, so he got a great model at a great price and Bill was wrapped.
