Sales model of this project is now complete and customers are very pleased.
Scale is a little different than usual but we like to be sensitive to our customers needs and overall size was the issue in their display suite.

A compromise had to be struck between base size and the size of the model buildings, the Retirement Villas are quite small but the rest home facility buildings were quite large in comparison.. 1:160 turned out just right and cars and people were also available in this scale to give the viewer a better sense of scale proportion..

The model was completed in our studio space at Waipawa Central Hawkes Bay.
