This was a low budget design model to aid communications with client, commissioned by Richard Daniels of Opus Architecture in Napier.

The project did not go ahead in the end, but the model certainly got everyone on the same page visually, as they usually do.

A physical scale model works far better than any computer image when working with the general public, or people unused to reading and understanding architectural drawings in my opinion, and experience.
