1:100 Grand Arcade Bowral N.S.W. Australia this iconic landmark has been there 130 years and was the focus of this quality redevelopment. Full internals were necessary for this model, including a cage wire lift and all shop spaces exposed as roof and floor lifted out. This was another magnificent quality development by W. J. Shipton Group in Woollahra Sydney. By this time we were making Bill’s models exclusively without quoting against other modellers as it was the quality he liked, we had other clients like this too, another was the Christie Group who we made many models for. This model had wrought iron hand rails acid etched in house.
