And this is how she is modelled in our bottle. This is a very nice bottle with high seas and alpine backdrop, including a nicely detailed lighthouse. One sail has left its yard and is sitting below the lighthouse on the sea. I have not wanted to fix this, as bottle is wax sealed and it will mean removing the seal and resealing, which makes it less original. However it can be done at your request, at an additional cost but it really doesn’t detract from this well appointed model. It sits well on a flat of this interesting bottle and does not need a stand. There is a story of her near wrecking on the back see the photo’s.

She was renamed as Pirna 1909 as an addition to the fleet of Laeisz Line, popularly known as the Flying P Line as all of their ships’ names began with the letter P.

Overall bottle length is 11”, 279mm with a 5” 127mm tall.
Great for that little spot in your home needing a one of a kind marine theme!
