This is a beautifully detailed model made by the highly regarded maker Mercator has been long out of production it is a vintage model. SS Pasteur was a steam turbine ocean liner built for Compagnie de Navigation Sud-Atlantique. She later sailed as Bremen for Norddeutscher Lloyd. In the course of her career, she sailed for 41 years under four names and six countries’ flags. Model is in good used condition, derricks are not complete and there is some paint damage to deck around the aft mast, see the images, we have cleaned it as this collection was poorly stored by the previous owner. Approx. 164mm long or 6 1/2”
