This is a beautifully detailed model made by the highly regarded maker Albatros has been long out of production. Astor II 1987, The Astor was launched in 1987 as the successor to Safmarine ‘s recently sold ship of the same name . The ship operated from October 3, 1988 to November 30, 1995 under the name Fedor Dostoevskiy . From 1996 to November 2009 Astor sailed on charter for Transocean Tours

Model is in fair used condition some touch ups needed, see the images, we have cleaned it as this collection was poorly stored by the previous owner. Approx. 145mm long or 5 3/4”
