The colour pictures on the fronts cover everything relating to lifeboats, from Lt. Col. Sir William Hillary the founder of the Life-boat Service to famous Coxswains, including some of the boats, pictures of actual rescues, even diagrams and pictures of how things work. The backs contain comprehensive information on the subject and a mini black and white storm picture at the bottom.
